The Corporate Guide is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI output.

Access to the full report (beyond the free score and gaps summary) requires a one-time payment processed by Razorpay. By making a payment:
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate delivery of AI-generated content, all payments are non-refundable. Once the full report is unlocked and delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including dissatisfaction with the AI output, score, or rebuilt resume. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your paid report, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.
After payment, a recovery code is provided to re-access your report. This code is tied to your email address. The Corporate Guide is not responsible for loss of access due to lost recovery codes or inaccessible email addresses. Report access is provided for a minimum of 12 months from the date of payment.
The ResumeAI platform, its algorithms, scoring methodology, UI design, brand, and all content (excluding your personal resume content) are the intellectual property of The Corporate Guide. You may not:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The Corporate Guide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to ResumeAI at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any behaviour that harms the platform or other users. Paid users whose access is terminated for valid reasons are not entitled to refunds.
